Anya, an accredited mediator, offers a practical alternative to litigation, through mediation, helping parties reach settlements in cases where court action may be impractical. While not always successful, mediation is often an effective way to resolve matters that should not be litigated in Court due to the quantum of the claim.

In addition, we offer a skilled debt collection service, whereby we are able to take a debt collection matter all the way to trial should it be necessary. We work diligently to secure cost orders that help our clients recover a portion of their legal fees from the debtor.

Furthermore, when settling a matter once litigation has commenced, we prioritize protecting your rights by ensuring that settlements become court orders (as we would with a mediation agreement) and will always seek to clarify the issue of costs, ensuring that the debtor pays when he is in default.

We also offer comprehensive contract drafting services. No matter how simplistic the deal may be, if it is business, we honestly believe that you should protect yourself by having a sound agreement in place. Our experience has shown that the cost of defending a poor agreement often far exceeds the investment in a well-drafted contract from the outset.
